I know salvador is easily the best character in the game and there are a few raid bosses that zer0 can bore easily and what not this game is hardly linear so a list is hard since you would have to categorize it but how would you rank the characters in terms of tiers salvador being top tier. Despite me loving him i think wilhelm might be bottom tier. Some are definitely better than others but any character can effectively go through the game. Borderlands 2 is the story of its prequel borderlands. He has survivability but even than other characters do it a whole lot better. Again this is just my list and plenty of people will disagree and again their are a ton of metrics to judge best characters but my list as mentioned focuses on the endgame and raiding. If i complete the entire story of borderlands 2 in one sentence its you have to return back to pandora with your newly formed group comprised of elite vault hunters borderlands 2 is a massive hit game and has managed to gather a large volume of fan following. Hes good dont get me wrong hes just so underpowered compared to the rest. This is a ranking of character effectiveness not build effectiveness. In terms of damage he doesnt do a lot. I guess his whole gimmick is being hard to kill with skills like emergency. Inb4 every character is useful. So many things have changed since our last ranking of our vault hunters in borderlands 3.
