In terms of damage he doesnt do a lot.
This is a ranking of character effectiveness not build effectiveness. I guess his whole gimmick is being hard to kill with skills like emergency. Some are definitely better than others but any character can effectively go through the game. Now seems like a good time to mention that the first borderlands was much more gun focused and the classes themselves made much less of an impact on damage than they did in borderlands 2.
Best character to use to the worst one. Finally borderlands 2 is a fairly well balanced game and the power gap between characters is not that vast. 10 funniest missions in the series that said looking back roland was just too plain jane no real flair. I know salvador is easily the best character in the game and there are a few raid bosses that zer0 can bore easily and what not this game is hardly linear so a list is hard since you would have to categorize it but how would you rank the characters in terms of tiers salvador being top tier. Lilith brick mordecai and roland the playable characters from the original game still appear in borderlands 2 but as non playable characters that show up for story missions and some side missions. Borderlands 2 continues in its predecessors footsteps with four new characters tons of new quests and lots of shooting and looting. Despite me loving him i think wilhelm might be bottom tier.
