The take two all stars and legacy decks formats will be playable in private matches for a limited time. I personally think both haven and sword are better than portal but im only one person so take that opinion with a grain of salt. However haven and runes extensive ability to control the board have left the deck unable to stick. Not really ordered within tiers.
