Now that i fully understand the criteria of the f2p tier list i think this project has taken a huge step in the right direction. Heroes should take this tier list to be as good as it gets.

To rectify this weve opted to change our criteria in order closer match the experience of a low budget fire emblem heroes player. Important this tier list factors in full use of skill inheritance and merge allies when rating heroes and is targeted specifically at arena play. This tier list is based on our recommendations for using unlock potential on 4 heroes.
Many hours went into this tier list and im only posting this after having carefully and agonizingly compared every unit with every matchup in the game. Everything else is fair game. We found that the previous version of the f2p tier list wasnt particularly useful for your average player and it didnt do a good enough job of accurately representing the f2p metagame. This tier list has been retired. I am now confident that this tier list is very close to objective truth and that anyone whos getting into fire emblem. This f2p friendly tier list rates units primarily for arena play while only considering restricted access to skill inheritance defined by the following criteria. This way people dont have to write as many names out everytime somebody asks about high scoring f2p units. No skill inheritance requiring units which are only available at 5.
